An Oliver Nathan Co. is a Nigerian homeware and lifestyle brand offering curated home décor, furniture, kitchenware, bedding, and other home essentials. Our storefront runs on Shopify, which manages our product catalogue, inventory, and order processing infrastructure, while checkout payments are handled securely by our licensed payment partners.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or transacting under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order with us. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery fees are calculated separately at checkout.
• We take care to display accurate product descriptions, colours, dimensions, and images; however, slight variations may occur due to the handcrafted or natural-material nature of certain pieces, and screen display settings.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, and to limit quantities purchased per customer, at our discretion.
• Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and offer a substitute, store credit, or a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected items subject to these Terms. An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully verified by our payment partners and you receive an order confirmation email.

We accept payment via card, bank transfer, and USSD through our secure checkout. All payment information is entered directly into our payment partners' encrypted systems — we do not collect or store your full card or bank account details on our servers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of stock, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines, fees, and coverage areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title to items pass to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery details are accurate, as we are not liable for delays or misdeliveries resulting from incorrect information supplied by you.

7. Intellectual Property
